A specialist platform for exceptional
hospitality assets
Established in 2016, Akoya Hospitality is a boutique hospitality asset management and owner advisory firm focused on luxury and ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, affiliated residences and membership clubs.
With team members based in Europe and the Americas, Akoya works internationally and is able to engage quickly across borders, markets and ownership structures.
From Analysis to Action
The firm brings together a multidisciplinary team with experience across hotel operations, financial analysis, revenue strategy, sales and marketing, residential programs, HOA structures and membership clubs. This combination allows Akoya to understand the full operating and investment ecosystem of an asset — from commercial performance and guest experience to leadership, service culture and long-term value creation.
Akoya works selectively with owners of exceptional hospitality assets where senior attention, deep specialization and hands-on execution are required.
Founder and Managing Principal
Portfolio Leadership
Jackie Brown is the founder and managing principal of Akoya Hospitality. Prior to founding Akoya in 2016, Jackie served as the lead asset manager for CTF Americas and Europe, a real estate holding company investing on behalf of an ultra-high-net-worth international family who owns the Rosewood brand and focused on iconic luxury and ultra-luxury hotels.
In that role, Jackie oversaw a portfolio of ten landmark assets, including Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands; The Carlyle, a Rosewood Hotel in New York City; The Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles; Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas; Ko'a Kea, an independent resort in Hawaii; Castiglion del Bosco, a Rosewood Hotel in Tuscany among others.
Career Background
Jackie also led underwriting and opening efforts for hotels in London, Paris, Sao Paulo and the Napa Valley, including work across branded, independent, resort, mixed-use and residential hospitality assets. While with CTF, she bridged the gap of owner/operator, working in tandem with Rosewood. Through Akoya, Ms. Brown also served as President of Capella brought on to position the brand for sale.
Before CTF, Jackie spent time in hotel real estate investment banking with Citigroup while completing her MBA at Georgetown University with a focus on hotel real estate. She began her career in commercial real estate advisory with JLL. Jackie graduated from Northwestern University and is based between New York City, Aspen and East Hampton.
