Who We Are & Founder

A specialist platform for exceptional
hospitality assets

Akoya Hospitality is a senior-led, multidisciplinary firm. With team members based in Europe and the Americas, Akoya works internationally and is able to engage quickly across borders, markets and ownership structures. Akoya draws from a tailored team for each engagement, structured around the specific needs of the property and ownership.

Luxury hotel operations form the foundation of the Akoya team. Its professionals developed their expertise from within operating and functional teams—not solely from an oversight or advisory position—and have served as department leaders and discipline experts across sales and marketing, revenue management, food and beverage, wellness, residences, and feasibility and program optimization. Their experience has been built within leading hotel brands, ownership groups, and hospitality strategy and analytics firms.

Portfolio Leadership

Jackie Brown is the founder and managing principal of Akoya Hospitality. Prior to founding Akoya in 2016, Jackie served as the lead asset manager for CTF Americas and Europe, a real estate holding company investing on behalf of an ultra-high-net-worth international family who owns the Rosewood brand and focused on iconic luxury and ultra-luxury hotels.

In that role, Jackie oversaw a portfolio of ten landmark assets, including Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands; The Carlyle, a Rosewood Hotel in New York City; The Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles; Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas; Ko'a Kea, an independent resort in Hawaii; Castiglion del Bosco, a Rosewood Hotel in Tuscany and Rosewood London among others.
